申请要求：

Applicants

should have completed a pre-professional architecture degree, such as BSSc

(Architectural Studies) from CUHK, RIBA-validated Part I degree, or equivalent.

Applicants should have also undertaken a minimum of nine months’ practical work

experience after completion of their respective undergraduate degree. The

requirement for practical training can be waived for applicants who possess a

five-year undergraduate professional degree in architecture.

申请者需要有一个建筑学学位，或者是英国皇家建筑师认证学位；

申请者需要在完成学位后有至少9个月的工作经历。如果申请者是五年制的建筑学课程学位，可以豁免工作经历的要求。

语言要求：

achieved scores in the following English Language tests as indicated: 

-TOEFL: 550 (Paper-based)/79 (Internet-based);

-GMAT (Verbal): Band 21;

-IELTS (Academic) (Band 6.5)

Statement of purpose – Each applicant has to answer one of the following questions in approx.300 words:

i_Describe

an influential book that has shaped your architectural thinking.

ii_What

is your most pressing architectural concern?

iii_Discuss

a recent building that inspires you, and articulate your reasons why.

作品集要求：

Design Portfolio Requirements:

i_Cover

•Indicate clearly your full name and application number on the cover of the

portfolio for easy identification

•Include the date and programme you are applying for

ii_Format

• 20 pages, single sided

•Landscape orientation

• PDF format smaller than 10MB, as softcopy

Admission to Master of Architecture 2021-22

iii_Content

• 4 Academic projects only

• Each project to be titled

•Chronological ordered, starting with the most recent project placed first

•Include architectural drawings (Plans, Sections, etc.)

•Include evidence of the design process, i.e. the thinking behind teach project

• 2 pages maximum dedicated to professional work

• No models of physical artifacts can be submitted

iv_Credit and Plagiarism

•Proper credit and context must be given for all work shown in the portfolio,

including authors, collaborators, and professional offices in which the work was completed

• Failure to credit work properly or appropriating other people’s work is a

serious offenceand may result in the portfolio being discounted or the applicant being disqualified
